already, seeing her emerge onstage at the laura nyro tribute, it seemed as though she were visiting us from another dimension. now that she truly has no more need of her body and had no fear of losing it, she instructs us on how that transition is not, by far, our most significant drama.

so great to see someone express the idea well that i phrase thusly "it's stupid to have our art all be about death when that is not the most important thing that happens and not the worst thing by a long shot."
